MWC – ZTE Open hands-on

Following our earlier story we now have more details and (of course) up-close hands-on shots of the Firefox-powered ZTE Open. It’s to be launched across Spain, Venezuela and Colombia in “mid-2013″ and, although the specs aren’t something you’d perhaps get excited about it’s intentionally aimed at those switching up from a feature phone. Heck, it could even replace feature phones.

The ZTE Open has a 3.5” HVGA TFT touchscreen display and was on display today in bright blue and orange. It’s got a 3.2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, GPS and a 1200mAH battery. Inside there’s 256MB RAM and 512MB ROM.

We’ve got hands-on shots of the device below. Enjoy 😉
