More deals! Help! I need to stop buying phones!

After checking some of the deals in the previous story, I seem to have stumbled into the Gearbest smartphone sale and, in addition to the Xiaomi deals, I’ve spotted a couple of extra offers you might like.

First is the Chinese version of the Xiaomi Mi Band 4 smart band. It’s down to just £19.98 and you can see it in action below. It’s water resistant and connects to your phone via Bluetooth 5.0 BLE. There’s a colour AMOLED 0.95″ screen and up to 20 days of standby. The usual fitness monitoring, sleep and sedentary checking is possible here but it is the Chinese version, so you may need to twiddle the language on it. If you want to have the UK model direct and through “official channels”, it’s £34.99 on the official UK site.

Next up is the CUBOT X20 Pro. I last played with a CUBOT phone back in 2017 and it looks like things have come along quite considerably. This one is just £123.30 but comes with four cameras. There’s three at the back – a Sony 12 megapixel main camera, a 20 megapixel Sony cam and an 8 megapixel ultra-wide camera; then one 13 megapixel up front.

The phone has a dual-SIM slot and is powered by a Helio P60 octa-core CPU. It’s got 6GB RAM and 128GB storage plus there’s a microSD slot for more.

That screen is a 6.3″ waterdrop IPS LCD 2340 x 1080 19.5:9 display (92.5% screen-to-body) and you get 4G, Blutooth, GPS, and a 4000mAh battery.

Again, fishing around this one should work on all UK 4G networks, and at just £123.30 it’s worth a punt!
