The next big version of Android won’t be available to many for some time, but ZenFone 5Z users can jump the queue. Today ASUS and Google I/O have announced that the ZenFone 5Z (ZS620KL) will be joining the Android Q Beta.
This is the first ASUS ZenFone to participate in the Android Beta programme, and customers can head to www.asus.com/Android-Q-Beta/ to grab the new OS and learn about the changes and improvements. The Android Q Beta brings more stringent user privacy protection, new ways to engage users, Vulkan extensions and more.
ASUS is looking for developer and user feedback. In addition, the upcoming ZenFone model will be on the list for the Android Q upgrade. More details on that very soon indeed folks.
