According to the details, the rechargeable battery should last a week and it’s easy to use via their Smart Coach app, which also keeps an eye on your fitness, goals and activities. It can also log your food intake.
Even without the app, you can get a quick idea on how things are going via LED lights which change colour the closer you come to reaching your milestone.
The Jawbone UP2 is compatible with iOS or Android over Bluetooth.
