MOT Models launch mobile portfolios A world first

This is Georgia Jones. There’s a completely valid reason for me selecting this image apparently.

When I applied for my first few jobs I had to sit in a stuffy office while some HR person clicked through my CV. I had a folder with all my qualifications in there too, but fast-forward to today and I’m instead getting job agencies using my LinkedIn profile. They don’t seem to use a CV, and even if they do it’s a PDF, so it’s almost pointless turning up with any paperwork now.

The same can be said for my modelling work. Here’s a picture of me chillaxing. I’m …err.. Karlo..

Yeah.. probably.

So if you’re a model like me and you want to get a job, you no longer need to carry around a fancy book with all your pictures in it. No. It’s all electronic now, and those agencies and creatives need your images instantly.

Step forward MOT Models. They won’t test your car, but they will provide all sorts of beautiful models (like myself). Portfolios are easily browsable on their rather slick website, but now they’ve developed an app for anyone wanting to have a quick flick..

The nippy app is available for iOS and Android and allows either the models themselves, the agency or potential clients to see portfolios anywhere. The models are sorted by genre, so finding the correct person for your campaign is a doddle.
