That yellow thing in the sky has finally popped out of the clouds. The result, if you get a pair of headphones like this, could be a fully charged battery for your smartphone.
Stick these on your head and the solar panel located in the headband will provide a charge to your phone so that you can listen to tunes that bit longer. Currently the OnBeat Solar Headphones are a Kickstarter project and they need a massive £200,000 before August 7th. Right now they’ve received a little over £8,000 so there’s quite a way to go yet.
Two power cells are also situated inside the headphones meaning that your devices can continue getting charged, even when the sun goes in.
