Microsoft has released a Beta app for Android. It goes by the name of on{X} (pronounced on – ex).
In basic terms, it is an automation app for you phone, that allows you to do things with your phone, depending on location, movement, weather…well, pretty much anything!
The more interesting thing about the app is the fact you can write these scripts yourself on the www.onx.ms website. Ideal for the budding developer..
There are also a number of pre-defined scripts you can edit and push to your device, and I am sure this number will grow as people get used to the app.
The app and website currently require you to log in using your Facebook account, though I suspect more options will be added later.
