Why can’t Android phones have a decent launch like Apple? Went to Brum today and no mobile phone shop has it in stock. Three have been emailing me telling me its available. Is it? No. No Three strores that I can find have it in stock… no wonder people buy iPhones. They’re available on launch day.

I had the same frustrations with the Galaxy Note – phoned around the whole Bristol area and most shops hadn’t even heard of it: despite it being launch day and Samsung doing a big song and dance in London at CPW :-
I spoke to P4U today and they said no shops would be getting it for a week or so yet, but you can buy it over the phone. Ordered mine and hoping it’ll be here tomorrow…

I was going to go for the note but with the UK version not having NFC I’m steering clear. Shame really as I liked it when I had a play.
