The Sony Ericsson Xperia arc is a device we got a brief hands-on with at Mobile World Congress but alas it was all too brief. The handset has a large 4.2″ screen but is remarkably thin – just 8.7mm. Around back is a fantastic 8.1 megapixel camera with flash, but Sony Ericsson have gone to great lengths to make this shooter work fantastically well in low light.
That screen is wedged right next to the front glass and has a “Reality Display” with the famous BRAVIA engine for a clear and bright image.
Other features include a HDMI output, 1GHz Snapdragon CPU and Adreno 205 graphics chip. We’ll have more on this as the week goes on but here’s our 10 minute overview..
