Two HTC device specs have just appeared on the web. The HTC Bee is up first and seems to be a mid-range Android device with 528Mhz CPU, 5 megapixel camera, QVGA (240×320) screen and a 3.2″ screen.
Next is the HTC Lexikon, which has a huge 3.8″ screen (a tad bigger than the Desire), WVGA (400×800) screen, 512MB of RAM, 800Mhz CPU (a bit slower than the Desire), 5 Megapixel camera and wait… a QWERTY keyboard. Hmm.. that might make it the same device as the HTC Vision..
There’s also details of the HTC Desire HD (also Android) and the HTC Spark, which is a Windows Phone 7 device.
