If you can’t beat them, join them. At least that’s what seems to be happening with the opening of the Microsoft store in Scottsdale, Arizona. If we’re honest it’s a very familiar setup. White T-Shirts with logos on the back, funky video walls, laptops and large open spaces. I’ll not mention the company or store that you “might” be thinking of here, but if you squint then you’d probably think you were somewhere else.
This tour of the store has just appeared online and, whilst we applaud the Microsoft Store, it’s a little disheartening to see only four Windows Phones on display. If it were me I’d push some of those laptops out the way and scatter as many HTC HD2’s as I could around the place along with lots of the other latest WinMo devices. Perhaps add some free wine and some dancing girls. Yeah, that’d do it. 😉
