Got giffgaff? Well, right now you probably haven’t. Many of their customers have been in contact with us after internet connectivity mysteriously dropped and, as we type, it still hasn’t come back online again.
A status page has been updated on the giffgaff website and it shows that mobile internet is “unavailable for many members”..
To make matters worse, their website appears to be in the middle of an “upgrade” which is preventing logins into the members area. Hmm… connected maybe ?
Purchasing goodybags, getting a top-up, accessing the website and browsing from your giffgaff mobile – all of these services are having issues currently, which can only result in some very miffed customers.
