The Samsung Galaxy Beam is quite a cool phone. It’s got a built-in projector so you can project your favourite football match, TV show or movie onto the wall. However, if you want that functionality you’re going to have to switch phones, and that’s a whole expensive business when you might well be happy with your existing handset.
So, step forward Luckies of London, who have created a projector on the cheap. It’ll be available in June and is called the “Smart Phone Projector”. Best of all, it’ll only cost £15.95.
Now, don’t get too excited, it’s not ready just yet. The product is set to launch on June 1st and seems to require that you clip your phone into the rear so that the image on your screen can get fired out of the front. The projector has a 10x magnifying lens at the front and, well, that’s about all we know.
