Has it really been three and a half years since the HTC Wildfire first became available? Ah, I still remember those heady days. HTC handsets were everywhere and I still had hair. Fun times.

OK, there are a few bad points. This is getting a bit old now, so expect Android 2.1, a 3.2″ screen, 5 megapixel shooter and a 528Mhz CPU (yes, you read that right). It’ll do 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and has a microSD card slot. It might be worth a punt if you’re looking for something fairly cheap and cheerful, if a … little….slow…by….todays…..standards.
