The un-ending lawsuits look set to continue with Apple now dropping lawsuits against Samsung again. This time there’s eight patents at the heart of the legal fight, four of which have been granted since the last Apple vs Samsung fight. Sigh.
Meanwhile Motorola appear to have been beaten up by Apple with the now infamous “slide to unlock” patent. And there was me thinking that “slide to unlock” was on toilet doors.
Whatever happens, Apple don’t appear to be backing down and “continue to defend their intellectual property” or “sue the hell out of everything that smells funny” depending on how you look at it.
