We’ve reviewed a few video surveillance packages in the past, including myhome247 and Bye Bye Standby, now Intelligent Designs Group have launched Total Control. The software will let you view and control live video streams on your Windows phone from supported IP cameras and video encoders.
There’s no subscription to pay and more than 170 makes of camera are supported, including cameras with pan, tilt and zoom functionality along with landscape and portrait mode. It’s also simple to change cameras by clicking “previous” or “next” or rotate through each camera on a timer setting. A free demo version is available with prices starting at $59.99 for the single camera edition.
