Recently we posted that O2 have released the Froyo update for HTC Desire customers allowing them to get the new 2.2 version of the Android OS. However it now seems many people had an issue with their phone becoming ‘bricked’ and sticking on the boot screen after installing.
Because of this O2 have now pulled the update whilst they investigate the problem and do not expect the download to be available until at least the end of the month.
Oh dear O2, oh dear!
