The OnePlus N10 5G – Up close

Both the OnePlus Nord N100 (a mere £179) and this, the OnePlus Nord N10 5G (£329) are both available to buy from the OnePlus website and you’ll stumble across them on Amazon, John Lewis and Three too.

The OnePlus Nord N10 5G and OnePlus Nord N100 are the newest additions to the OnePlus Nord product line, bringing the OnePlus experience to more people around the world. The “Nord N” handsets bring the prices down further.

The OnePlus N100

The cheaper Nord N100 has a 6.52″ 720 x 1600 (20:9, 269 ppi) LCD screen running at 90Hz and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 CPU with 4GB RAM and 64 GB of on-board storage (with a microSD slot for more). It has a 5000mAh battery with a 18W fast charging and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. There’s also three rear cameras – a 13 megapixel main, a 2 megapixel macro, 2 megapixel Bokeh and LED flash. Up front there’s an 8 megapixel selfie shooter.

Dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C charging and a 3.5mm audio port also feature. For £179 that’s really not bad, but today we’re going to take a look at the £329 OnePlus Nord N10 5G.

OnePlus N10 5G

The N10 5G has a 6.49″ 1080 x 2400 (20:9, 405 ppi) LCD screen, which is higher resolution. It runs at 90 Hz too. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 5G CPU, it’s got 6GB RAM and 128GB of on-board storage which you can boost via a microSD slot. There’s also that rear-mounted fingerprint sensor plus face unlock.

In the box is a Warp Charge 30T charger – the same one we saw on the OnePlus Nord. It’ll deliver super-quick charging to the 4300 mAh battery in the phone.

Camera-wise there’s a 64 megapixel main shooter, an 8 megapixel wide-angle lens, a 2 megapixel macro and a 2 megapixel monochrome shooter plus an LED flash again. Up front is a 16 megapixel selfie lens in the display.

Other specs, aside from the obvious 5G connectivity, include dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC for those contactless payments, USB Type-C charging and a 3.5mm audio port. It also has dual stereo speakers.

We’re going to be reviewing the OnePlus N10 5G over the coming days, so do keep it locked for the final review.
