Yet again EE have grabbed the top spot in performance as part of the RootMetric’s testing results.
The network, now owned by BT, is obviously pretty happy about all, with BT CEO Marc Allera telling us..
We’re continuing to invest in our network to help keep our customers connected to the things that matter most, whether that’s rolling out 4G to even more places or being the first to bring 5G to the busiest places across the UK.
EE was named number one for overall performance, reliability, speed, data, and calls. They were joint first for texting in theRootMetrics 2H 2019 tests. The results also showed that EE had the best performing 5G network, with the most coverage in London, Birmingham and Cardiff. They also had the highest average download speed.
