Every single time I have something delivered you can guarantee that I’m always in one place – on the toilet. Luckily delivery firm “Hermes” now new app that gives you more choice and control over how you receive their parcels.
They’ve got a lady with incredibly long nails to demonstrate this, and you’ll be able to track and/or divert your parcel in real-time – even while you’re “indisposed” on the loo. Send your parcel to a neighbour or a safe place even while your package is on the van. Soon they’ll be adding ParcelShops and lockers as destinations too.
The app also lets you book the return of parcels easily, and there’s plans for personal video messages to be sent along with packages.
If you’re running your own business the app can be used to book deliveries – generating shipping labels and arranging courier collections or drop-offs quickly.
