Hey. I’m back and I’m doing another cycling thing.

I’ll give you the short version of this blog post so that you can basically do a “tweet read”. I’ve just been on holiday. I ate too much. I sat around too much. I got all chubby and fat. On Sunday I’m going to squeeze all that blubber into lycra and will do a 75 mile ride for St Giles Hospice. You can donate right here via PayPal or card.

Longer version?

Never mind about my weight. I’m doing this for a really good charity and they need some of your hard-earned cash. St Giles believes that anyone with a potentially terminal illness has the right to live as well as they can. The charity was founded to improve the care of people dying with cancer and, some 35 years on, they’re responding to the needs of those in the community whose illnesses may not be curable.

Here’s a quick promo from the last one…

The 75 mile ride passes through Barton under Needwood, Dunstall, Newborough, Marchington Cliff, Abbots Bromley, Little Haywood, Cannock Chase, Upper Longdon, Hamstall Ridware, Kings Bromley and Fradley Junction. If you can spare some loose change, it would be hugely appreciated and you can do that on Virgin Money Giving here.

Oh and listen, thank you. Thank you so much for this.

If you’d like to find out more, the route is below and the St Giles information page has further details.
