A couple of years ago I had the idea of filming my walk around this expansive event so that you guys could sort of see it from my perspective. The whole place is really rather large, and it takes a long time to get around. This year I’m going to break it up into parts, starting with the first three halls and my observations going around.
During the video we take in the Huawei conference area, China Mobile, lots of random smaller stands, the Google Android experience, a look at Sony and their Xperia devices, the super-secure DarkMatter Katim phone, the Moto / Lenovo / Yoga devices, the SAP stand, LG, Ubuntu, Samsung, Huawei, Honor, ZTE, Qualcomm, BlackBerry, Nokia and a few other pieces in between.
This year, I have to say, it feels busier than ever. I’m lucky enough to be a bit of a veteran, but the metro and various queues have been longer than ever. This is definitely one very popular event..
