The company will send a text to the recipient, let them choose their preferred delivery address, and the present will be sent directly to them. You can make your gift individual with a picture and personalised message too.
Next day delivery is available on some gifts and there’s a big selection to choose from as they basically they work with over 1,400 retailers, from John Lewis to Swarovski Crystal. All you need is the recipient’s mobile phone number.
The recipient has 7 days to respond to the text, which includes a link to a secure area where the address details can be entered. You will only have your card authorised – not charged – until the recipient accepts the gift.
