Theyre back with a new tablet The LG G PAD 8.3

After a pretty big gap, LG are back once again (like the Renegade Master) with a tablet. So, either in the black or white corner (depending on your shade preference), weighing in at 338 grams we have the LG G PAD 8.3.

It’s powered by a Qualcomm 1.7GHz quad-core CPU and, as the name suggests, has an 8.3″ WUXGA (1920 x 1200 pixels / 273 ppi) screen. Other specs include 16GB of storage,  2GB of RAM and two cameras – a 5 megapixel rear shooter and a 1.3 megapixel front unit for video calls.

It’s powered by a pretty substantial 4600mAh battery and runs Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2. The device is the “first of its size” to offer a full HD display.

If you’re looking for one, it’s set to go on sale for £259.99 via IT distributor Micro P in the UK and through Harvey Norman in Ireland at the end of this month. Globally, it’ll be available in 30 other “key markets” by the end of this year.
