HTC One X+ 4.2.2 update rolling out

HTC have just begun rolling out a major update for the Tegra 3-powered HTC One X+. The update brings the device up to Android 4.2.2 and, as a extra bonus, Sense 5. Engadget reported earlier today that a leaked RUU was made available for the update, but it has been confirmed via a screenshot posted by @baadnwz on Twitpic that the update was actually being pushed out over the air.

HTC One X+ 4.2.2 update rolling out

This update brings some of the features across from the HTC One X+’s newer stablemate, the HTC One. Features coming to the One X+ include Blinkfeed and Zoe Share – the latter a firm favourite with our team. XDA Mod and HTC enthusiast ‘orb3000’ informed us via Twitter that the update just started in Taiwan, and will take time to hit other regions – so hang tight for now and let us know when it comes to your area.
