The Cat B15 Tough Smartphone is a bit of a rugged looking device. With an IP67 rating meaning it can withstand dust and water, in depths of up to 1M for 30 minutes.
Impressive stuff really, although it is a bit of a chunky device. At 14.95mm thick and being made of Aluminium and rubber it’s more suited to a builder or someone who spends a lot of time outside near water.
Spec wise it is a bit mid range, running Android 4.1, 1GHz dual core CPU, 4GB internal memory, 512MB RAM, 2000mAH battery, a 4″ screen with wet finger tracking and a Micro SD slot. Leigh is putting the finishing touches to his review of the Cat B15 so watch this space.
