Last week Apple published a court ordered statement regarding the Samsung Galaxy Tab and how it was deemed not to have infringed Apple’s intellectual property. The court took exception to the wording and ordered Apple to redo it, as it was not exactly in keeping with the spirit of the law. Apple has now done this, as well as publishing a similar statement in several UK national newspapers.

Quite right they had to do so. What makes Apple so different from other companies and people order by a court to do something? If Apple had sense they would have done this in the first place, in line with the court’s ruling but with a positive spin for them. That said, both Apple and Samsung are like two kids in the playground who just keep going at eacj other; shame on them (and I am not taking sides on what has happened legally).
