The cute Sony Xperia tip looks set to arrive on both O2 and now Orange too. The handset sits squarely in the “Entry Level” category with a 3.1 megapixel shooter, 800MHz CPU, 3.2″ 320×480 pixel screen and 2.5GB on board storage. However, the phone does run Android Ice Cream Sandwich and has a microSD card slot for more storage space.
A pretty decent 1500mAh battery should see a standby time of around 545 hours and Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, WiFi and usual sensors are on board.
The tipo was previously known as the ST21i or Tapioca.
