A few days back we saw a rather large list of leaked Sony (Ericsson) handsets. One was called the “Tapioca”, aka the ST21i. It’s now stated to have a single-core 800MHz CPU, 512MB RAM, 4GB ROM and runs Android 2.3.7 (Gingerbread).
Other specs include a 3.2″ HVGA (320×480) screen and a 3.2 megapixel camera. We’re thinking mid-range or entry-smartphone, and possibly quite a small handset here. WiFi, Bluetooth etc will be on board too.
We’re expecting this to be available in July, so it’ll definitely pop up at Mobile World Congress. We’ll be on site in Barcelona to give you more details as they happen.
