You know how it is, you’re walking through Romania when a guy offers you an unreleased LG Fantasy. Some money changes hands, but then you find that there’s lots of developer tools installed which you just can’t get rid of.
No matter, you can at least take a few snaps and show the world this upcoming Windows Phone device, complete with 4″ screen and IPS.
