In an incredibly vague announcement on HTC UK’s Facebook page it looks like the Desire HD and the Incredible S are about to get an update. It looks like an update to Sense 3.0. As usual real life people will probably not see this update for months. The carriers like to fiddle with update slightly “to make sure it works on our network”. So if you have one of these phones start to get excited in late January. Here is the incredibly vague announcement beneath.
If you are one of the lucky ones who have one of these phones that is not a carrier device and you are still running the stock software and you actually get this update. Please let us know what it actually entails.

I got this today on my Desire HD in Estonia today. It has the newer Sense 3.0 UI and Android 2.3.5
I have a Desire HD on Orange UK, so it will probably be Easter before I see an update (IF I see an update). 🙁
