Following on from its Android release, ITV’s catch up service is now also available on Apple’s wonder phone (and iPod Touchs/Touches). You can use it to catch up on all your favourite shows from ITVs 1-4.
Somewhat interestingly, the app forgoes iOS’s usual UI conventions and is pretty much an exact copy of the Android version. However, whereas the Android app requires an email address to gain access the iOS app was happy simply skip this step.
You can grab it now from the app store.
Update: We’ve kindly been informed by our reader Steve that the app unfortunately only works over WiFi and not 3G. I guess our Dan will have to look for other ways to use up his AYCE data!

been outover a week now, good but downside is you need wifi it wont stream over 3G
I know. Haven’t had the chance to do the write up. Will update with that bit of info. I only have a Touch so didn’t know.
