Like your Sony Ericsson Android handsets nice and small? Then you’ll be pleased to know that a couple of images of some new Xperia Mini phones have materialised on Sony Ericsson’s press site. The new devices sport Android 2.3 Gingerbread with Sony Ericsson’s custom modifications, as well as 1Ghz CPUs, HD video capture, and a 3-inch capacitive multitouch display; impressive specs for such a small device.
The Xperia Mini Pro (in white, above) also features a slide-out keyboard, for those of you who still want a tiny device but can’t deal with the screen size. It’s quite satisfying to see companies producing small phones, in a world where nearly everything seems to be 3.7 or 4 inches or more.
