Channel 4’s catch up service, 4oD, have launched a free iPad app. 
4oD’s website offering is unavailable to iPad users, due to its use of flash, so this is the first time 4oD has been available on an iOS device.
Like Channel 4 the app is ad-supported, so you will have to watch adverts at the beginning and during programs as well. Programs will be available for 30 days from their showing on TV.
With the BBC’s iPlayer and Sky Sports app, this expands the amount of television you can watch on an iPad quite a lot – eyes on ITV now to see if they join the party.
The app is available in the App Store now.
