XDA Market is a free application store for Windows Mobile users. It works alongside this rather Heath Robinson website (it’s being improved as we speak) to allow uploads and app management.
The app is available from XDA-Developers and is installed via a CAB file (download to your computer, copy to your WinMo phone and then execute).
