Call me slow, but I’ve only just found the huge amount of iPad-esque devices on eBay. It seems that there’s a stack of iPad clones and, for the most part, they seem to run Android. Screen sizes are a little smaller and range from 7″ to 8″ with 600Mhz CPU’s but, as you can see from videos like this you can get full access into the Android Market too. Imagine your favourite apps, super-sized!
DealExtreme have one for about £100 and there’s plenty on eBay from China. Sure, they’re mostly 800×480 but hey – for browsing whilst sat in front of the TV they might just be the thing if you want to save a bit of cash.
