Nexus One owners who fancy a bit of ROM-hacking can now get 720p HD recording on their handsets. A very quick example is available in this YouTube vid and you can try it out yourself with these xda bits and the latest Cyanogen ROM.
Further improvements are to come and, who knows, hopefully HTC will get official updates rolling with HD recording capability after seeing what this hack can achieve.
