Specs and rumoured “invite only” sales for the Nexus One have popped on Engadget.com. The specs seem to match the HTC Bravo we saw in leaked details from earlier this month.
A 5 megapixel shooter, 1Ghz CPU, GPS, compass, accelerometer, 3.7″ WVGA AMOLED display, 512MB ROM, 512MB RAM and it’s just 11.5mm thick. Ooh, want.
