Following on from our earlier story there’s now video of the supposed Omnia II on YouTube. This comes just days before the Samsung Unpacked event where we think this Samsung I8000 will be announced as the Omnia II.
Initial impressions aren’t too hot and the device shown here appears a little slow and unresponsive. We’re guessing that someone may have an early version of the OS but it does show that Opera is built in and there’s a Touch Calendar app and a finger-controlled Photo Album with zoom functions. The Cubic user interface also gets shown off and, just as you’re getting into it, the OS crashes. Eekk..
