Following our revelation that 40% buy WinMo purely because of unofficial ROMs from sites like xda-developers.com, we’d just like to point out that xda-devs isn’t just about tweaked firmware updates. This is just one of the useful apps on the site that caught our eye. Nitrogen is a free MP3/OGG playback app with skins, customizable interface, 10-band equalizer, mediz browser, playlist editor, kinetic scrolling, large finger-friendly menus and super-quick loading.
It’s all opensource but do feel free to contribute to the author. Grab the app here in it’s CAB form, then copy it to your phone and execute it to get it installed. There’s also album art support, a sleep timer, shuffle / repeat modes loads more. Great app.
