Asus P565   I feel the need, the need for speed The fastest PDA in the world ? Is it the one that flew out of the car window when I crashed on the motorway some months ago ? No, we’re actually talking about processor speed and it’s this – the Asus P565.


Announced in Taipai this puppy has a Marvell TavorP 800Mhz CPU powering Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro. It’s also got GPS, a 3 megapixel camera (plus a lower-resolution one up front for video calls), 1300 mAh battery, 256 MB Flash, 128 MB RAM, microSD (HC) support and WiFi. Network connectivity is tri-band EDGE/GPRS/GSM and UMTS / 3G (2100) plus HSDPA up to 3.6Mbps. Asus, like a lot of other handset manufacturers, have added their own navigation system. This one is called “Glide” and it’ll let you switch between tasks easily using your finger.
