HTC P3470 (Pharos) Goes official

HTC P3470 (Pharos) Goes official We ran a news story on the HTC Pharos a few weeks back, now it’s official. The slim Pharos will be sold as the HTC P3470 and, although there’s no 3G, HSDPA, or WiFi it will have GPS.

The P3470 is set to launch on Orange in the UK, Spain, France and the Netherlands later this month at around £334 (€449), although contracts will probably bring this price down. It’ll have a 200Mhz CPU, 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0 and a QVGA screen. You also get 256Mb ROM, 128Mb RAM and a microSD slot for additional storage.
