Way back in January we showed you the Samsung SCH-i760. Finally it’s actually appeared on the Samsung website along with big Verizon Wireless logos, indicating a launch on the US network any day now. It’s a nice combination of numeric keypad, navigation controls and slide-out QWERTY sitting on the Windows Mobile 6 Professional platform.
WiFi 802.11b/g is confirmed, with CDMA EV-DO connectivity and a microSD card slot for expansion. Powered by a 400Mhz processor there’s also Bluetooth 2.0 and … a…. 1.3 megapixel camera (sigh, we need 2, 3 or 4 megapixel at least for new phones now!)
There’s nothing as yet on Verizon Wireless, however we’ll keep a look out.
