The HTC Excalibur has already shown up as the o2 XDA Cosmo in Germany. It’s also going to appear on T-Mobile too and indeed we spotted it sporting T-Mobile colours some time back however Engadget have now firmed up details on what will be the T-Mobile Dash.
It will launch apparently “in all markets” in October 16th. Grab further info and the announcement here.
