You may remember me asking for questions to give to Orange UK. We had a huge response. We had another bucket-load of posts about the Orange customer service story too and it got quite heated.
I’ve got to give Orange credit though because they’ve actually replied to your posts directly and I’d like to post the response here..
“There has been an increase in calls to Orange Customer Services over recent weeks. Although this cannot be attributed solely to broadband enquiries, the increase in general internet recognition over recent weeks has undoubtedly had an impact on the number of calls Orange is receiving, as has Orange’s free broadband offer”
Whilst trying not to toot Orange’s horn too much, they have sent us this without any email, calls or prompting from us. It goes to show that they do read what you post in feedback forum and take your comments on board.
