The T-Mobile MDA Vario II should be out in Germany this coming Monday. The Vario II has undergone a bit of cosmetic surgery since we saw it last and now sports a cool new button layout and coloured keyboard.
Giving theoretical internet speeds of up to 1.8 Megabits per second over HSPDA (3.5G) this also supports both EDGE and WiFi too. It’s got Windows Mobile 5.0, push email, a jog-wheel, a QWERTZ keyboard and microSD card slot. Customers in Germany can get this as of August 14 for EUR 359.59 on the Relax 100 tariff on a 24-month (two year!) contract. Just keep an eye on this page here if you want one.
No news on a UK release as yet, or any other country for that matter 🙁
