Remember this story from July ? Well, yes. It appears that the Samsung SCH-M600 is now here. Samsung has officially unveiled the handset today – however they’ve stated and shown it running Windows Mobile 2003 – not version 5.0. DoAh!! Like the Samsung i300, this has an on-board 3GB Hard Drive but this time there’s a funky slide-down keyboard which allows the phone to shrink in size (see right).
