Blimey, we’d almost forgotten about the Peabody. It’s a cheapo mass-market handset made by Flextronics and will run Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 5.0.
If you’ve not heard of Flextronics then prepare to be quite amazed. They’re actually one of the world’s largest mobile phone manufacturers, and a leading provider of contract electronics manufacturing services – so nerr. Let’s hope the final design is a tad better than this reference one here though eh ?
