msmobiles.com reports today on a slip-up by handango.com which appears to allow links to full-version games across the internet.
Although I haven’t tested it myself, it would appear that web-crawlers and search engines are actually picking up the location of the full-download .. without having to pay. msmobiles.com is also aware of Warez websites that have direct links to handango.com for downloading software directly.
Our advice ? Well, personally I haven’t had much dealings with handango.com – they do not operate a referral programme, so there is no real reason for me to recommend them. I have had far less complaints and a LOT more compliments about the Smartphone Software site Smartphone.net – so it may be worth checking them out instead.
