ZTE and Virgin Media launch the Blade L2 and Kis 3


Fancy getting the ZTE Kis 3? It is £49.99 with Virgin Media and £59.99 when bought at Argos. For that you get a handset running Android 4.4 with a 4″ WVGA (480×800) screen and a 1.2 GHz Dual Core CPU. The device also has a 3 megapixel camera,1400 mAh battery and 512MB RAM with 4GB storage and a microSD for up to another 32GB. The usual helping of GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 is there.


If you want a bit more juice for your money then, in either Virgin Media or Argos for £89.99 on Pay As You Go, the ZTE Blade L2 could be more your thing. It has a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB ROM and is just 8.9mm thick. It has a 5 megapixel camera with flash which includes continuous shot, panorama and an “anti-flickering” mode It runs a slightly older version of Android than the Kis – 4.2 – and has a 5″ FWVGA (480×854) screen with a VGA camera up front for selfies. Other details include a 2000 mAh battery, GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0

If these details are correct below, Virgin are selling the dual SIM versions here, but we’re checking into this as the European / Virgin versions might be a bit different.
